What is DTF printing and how does it compare to screen printing?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing involves printing designs onto a special film and transferring them to fabric using heat. Unlike screen printing, it allows for high-detail, full-color designs without the need for expensive screens or setup fees.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard production time is 2-4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG files with a transparent background. We also accept AI, PSD, and PDF formats.
What is your return policy for custom apparel?
Because our items are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Please review your design and sizing carefully before purchasing.
How should I wash my DTF-printed garments?
To ensure the longevity of the print, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. The discount is automatically applied at checkout based on the quantity of items in your cart.
